Before you start. You will need the following items:
- A computer running on Windows or macOS. We recommend using Windows 10 or greater and macOS 12. If you use a laptop, make sure it is charging.
- Your ZERO fully charged.
- The ZERO USB cable. The ZERO can only be updated on USB 2.0 compatible ports and cables.
- If your computer has no USB port, use a USB adaptor.
IMPORTANT: Before starting the update, please make sure you have made a backup of your Perfect Key or Seed.
